License activation and checks are working normally.
Since October 6, 2026.
If activation fails
- Pro keeps working offline: a Mac that already activated checks its license about once a week, and if it can’t reach us, Pro keeps working (DittoDuo 1.5 and later; earlier versions pause Pro after 30 days). Your clips and pins are never affected.
- “Too many attempts” means our server is limiting requests from your network. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Otherwise, check your connection and try again later. DittoDuo retries in the background on its own.
