Refund policy

If DittoDuo Pro isn’t right for you, we’ll give you your money back.

• Contact us within 14 days of purchase, using the email address you bought with, and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• A refund revokes your license. Pro features turn off on your Macs at the next license check, or after at most 30 days if a Mac stays offline.
• After 14 days, contact us anyway and we’ll do what we reasonably can.

EU and UK customers

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered right away, that right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right. Our checkout asks for both, and your license email confirms them. Our voluntary 14-day refund above applies to everyone regardless.
